Leavers' Assembly proves to be an emotional rollercoaster

Today's Leavers' Assembly was a highly emotive event, which did not leave a dry eye in the room. We had to say a fond farewell to our lovely Year 6 pupils after an extremely hardworking year. Extra congratulations must go to those pupils who received the annual subject trophies. Nico Christofi - Maths, Jessie Crickmore - English, Lizzie Crickmore - Sport, Grace Gooch - Creativity, Ella Chidlow - Voice and Joshua Moslin - Contribution to School. We will miss you all.

Sadly we also had to say goodbye to some valued staff members. Miss Williams from our Nursery, Mrs Mason from Year 4 and of course Mr Etherington from Year 5. We will miss them all greatly, but we know they take a piece of Homefield away with them in their hearts.

The winners of the Parents' Report Comment draw were Mr and Mrs Willis. I will have your voucher ready when we return. Well done.

Thank you to all those linked to Homefield for your support and hard work this year. My staff and I wish you all an enjoyable and relaxing Summer holiday. We will see you all again in September.
