Christmas Time ensures we are all mindful of being generous!
It has been exceptionally rewarding to see how generous our stakeholders have been with their much-needed donations for hampers and foodstuffs for those in need. These items will be well received by the charities that support the vulnerable, so on behalf of them I pass on their gratitude.
We saw the marvellous Reception Nativity performance on social media as their class collective worship contribution. They really did do well and the smooth manner in which the staff facilitated this within the restrictions they faced is a testament to them. Other classes will be doing their own versions of Christmas elements, which we hope to have released next week for you all to see.
Please ensure you have read the letter that went out on our website yesterday to inform you about how we must be informed if a pupil within 48 hours of the last day of school develops symptoms and has a positive test result to help us track their last contacts. If they develop symptoms after this 48 hour period, you do not need to inform us for Tracking purposes, but we strongly advise you to get a test and keep us informed if it is positive as you would in the normal way anyway as this may impact on the pupil's return date to school.
Next week, we have our Christmas party and Christmas jumper day on Friday 18th December. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are not wanting any plates of party food to be brought in.
Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe.
