New Headteachers for the Day enjoy enrichment and selecting the Diversity competition winners!
We have had the opportunity to be Headteachers for the day. We have spent lots of time choosing the winners of the Diversity logo/emblem competition. The winners were very pleased with the outcome and every effort will be made to include them as near to the originals as possible on the gazebo. We were very impressed with all the entries.
We were also very happy to see the Infant children enjoying their enrichment session of Tchoukball (adapted for their age group).
On our learning walk around the school, we spoke to pupils from each class and we were happy to hear that pupils were enjoying school. We were pleased to see that outside pupils were interacting with each other well and we took pictures of some of them demonstrating this.
When we walked around the school, we were really intrigued by everyone's learning. Nursery's butterflies were very fascinating and we were very impressed with the work they had been doing. Today, has been a lot of fun. Thank you for the opportunity.
A big well done to Harriers for winning this week's team points race and Year 4, again, won the competition to read five times in a week with 20 pupils.
Next week, the Christian value is still Compassion and the theme is: sharing what we have with one another. The 'R' is Resilience. Year 4 have also got their class collective worship on Wednesday.
Have a nice and safe weekend from the Harriers' House Captains.
