We have been enjoying the Traditional Tale of The Three Little Pigs this week.

We used props to retell the story as a whole class. The children listened intently as the story unfolded. We discussed lots of ideas about how the houses became "stronger and stronger". Then during our Bushcraft session, we explored building a den ('House') with sticks and found that "we could not blow it down!".

The Panto on Wednesday was enjoyed by our Reception children. I hope they told you all about it?!

Our last Bushcraft session is on Monday so wrap up warm. PE is continuing on Monday mornings until the end of term so remember your kits now we are managing dressing and undressing independently.

Thank you for your Tapestry posts. We have noticed lots of Reading teddy excitement and improved reading skills in school this week so keep up the good work.
