Instructions, Money and a Surprise from Santa!

In this section...

Still working our socks off but with added Christmas cheer!

Well, what I thought was quite a quiet week (especially compared to last week!) ended with an amazing surprise from the North Pole! I arrived back into the classroom after lunch to find a package on my desk, addressed to me and the whole class. I had no idea what it was! When we opened it, we found two notes and gift from Father Christmas via the Polar Post which said that we had shown 'exceptional courage, imagination and kindness in the year 2020' and that our parcel had been 'checked by Pickwick the Elf' and that we have 'been found to be exceptionally nice!' The gift was a beautiful book called 'A Time for Magic' written by Father Christmas which we read at the end of the day (and I didn't get emotional, I promise...). Thank you to Father Christmas and his elves for thinking of us and bringing us joy! I t was a truly lovely surprise!
