Take a look at these snapshots showing the amazing song-writing the pupils have been doing over the last three weeks with the help of the ladies from Dots and Squiggles. They first looked at their rhythm, then placed the notes on the music stave, gave their song a title and finally have practised their hearts out at home for their big recital that they will be recording. As you can imagine, the songs and titles were as unique as the children themselves. Both composition and presentation have astounded Dots and Squiggles, particularly as some pupils have only had three or four lessons before doing this; what an achievement. Everyone is so proud of both pupils and instructors. The recital, to be released soon, will be a fabulous showcase of everything the pupils have learnt since they began their lessons. If you fancy being the next Myleene Klass, why not speak to the Office about taking up piano lessons with the ladies from Dots and Squiggles.
